Dr. Neely is the best dentist in Oklahoma! If you are looking for a new place to trust with your smile i highly recommended checking this place out. The building is very nice and all of the equipment they use are top notch, they even have TVs above all of there orthodontics chairs. All of the staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. They have helped fix multiple issues with my teeth that other dental offices told me could not be done. I used to hate going to the dentist but ever since i started going here i actually look forward to going to the dentist and getting my teeth checked out and cleaned.

First class. If you have an appt at 9am, you’ll be seen at 9 am. Not 9:15 or 9:30. All staff members are friendly and professional and their work is superb. If you have questions or concerns, they are always anxious to answer them. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

The entire staff is kind and welcoming. The exam was incredibly thorough and everything is explained in a way that is understandable. I didn’t feel rushed or judged. The atmosphere is lovely with TVs in the exam rooms and peaceful music playing through the building. I went to Dr. Neely for a second opinion. She ended up saving me thousands of wasted dollars on the wrong treatment. She is professional but warm and friendly, and I was put out ease immediately. Her office staff is efficient and I have felt well taken care of by all.

I recently moved to Edmond from another state, where I had a great, long-term dentist. Today was my first appointment in Dr. Monica's office and I had a Comprehensive Oral Evaluation, full X-rays and Prophylaxis. Very nice office and great people who stand behind their work. I had a great experience again as I went in for a temporary crown while my new tooth is being digitally sent and printed by a 3 D printer. They then make the new tooth off of the printed model. It’s seems like one of the most advanced systems a dentist could buy for their practice with a 30K price tag. I love new technology and really prefer a dentist like Monica Neely’s office who reinvest their profits into new equipment that makes the process go by so much smoother and without complications. I would highly recommend Monica Neely DDS to anyone looking for a great place to have your families teeth cared for.

I've been a patient of Dr. Neely's for almost 10 years. Dr. Neely and her staff are the VERY best and I won't go to anyone other than Dr. Neely. When my former dentist retired, I was looking for someone who was gentle during routine dental cleanings and, more importantly, someone who valued perfection when caring for my many crowns, veneers, and dental implants. Dr. Neely was perfect for me. Dr. Neely and her assistants are always very gentle and caring. You'll never need to worry about discomfort. Her crowns and implants are always perfect and beautiful. And, should you ever need them, Dr. Neely only works with Oklahoma's best when it comes to oral surgeons and endodontists. And, by the way, did I mention the TV mounted on the ceiling above the dental chair? A very nice distraction during procedures. I definitely consider Dr. Neely the best and recommend her for all your dentistry needs.

Dr. Neely was great! All of her staff was amazing too! I was taken back for my examination on time when they told me to be there. They were gentle and very knowledgeable! Her dental assistant was very nice and made sure I was comfortable through my whole X-ray process. Then Dr. Neely told me what her main focus was and what was a priority. They really do treat you like family. Eryn was really nice she could not clean my teeth due to sensitivity. But I heard her interactions with other patients and she was upbeat and happy. The first and last face you will see is Kari. Kari is the office manager and she know her stuff. She helped me with all my insurance and set my appointment up with the oral surgeon. She just hen followed up with me to make sure everything was expedited and going smoothly. I had an overall great experience here. Anyone that is shy of the dentist I would recommend this place particularly. 10/10 great atmosphere.

The experience here was terrific! I don't particularly like going to the dentist, and I don't particularly like to write reviews- but I have never had such a good experience at a dentist office. Every member of the office was friendly, welcoming, and made a conscious effort to make me feel comfortable. Their careful attention and intentional efforts to put me at ease were more than enough to make me want to come back, but I was also thoroughly impressed with the up-to-date technology and instruments they use, and the obvious skill, proficiency, and professionalism of Dr. Neely and the entire staff.

The most fun I've had at the dentist in a long time! These ladies are wonderful and professional. I especially recommend Dr Neely for regular cleanings and night guard/retainer work (managing clenching and grinding at night). She utilizes new technologies and imaging to provide a thorough, higher level of care than I've ever received in the past. In addition, the costs to me after insurance are generally the same as with my previous dentist who did not offer the expertise and services demonstrated by Dr Neely.

Dr.Monica Neely has been my dentist for 13 years. Dr. Neely with her team has been consistently professional, conscientious, and knowledgeable, in always keeping her practice cutting edge with new technologies, materials, and procedures. She has been expecially mindful to ensure my comfort throughout the procedures that for me included new cavity fillings, tooth crowns. two implant crowns, old cracked filling replacements, teeth whitening and a teeth guard she recommended and molded to prevent night time gringing that has been perfectly comfortable and effective. By the age of 64 a lot stuff has happened This last visit was for a small cavity that was detected during my semiannual cleaning. The procedure was completely pain free. I asked her if chewing hard candies causes cavities and she said no but the sugar in them does I have found that the nitrous oxide gas that I had always required from my previous dentists and hygienists while available, is not necessary since I experienced no discomfort under her gentle, skilled hands as well as during the efficient and thorough diagnostic and teeth cleaning service of her excellent hygienist Melody Wood.
I have been going to Dr Neely for 10 or more years. Its always a great experience. Dr Neely and her staff are professional yet down to earth and fun. Totally painless dentistry. I can't imagine ever going somewhere else.

I've been going to Dr. Neely for a few years now, and I can say that it's by far the best dentist experience I've ever had. Dr. Neely and her staff are always extremely nice and friendly. The office atmosphere is comfortable and quiet. However, I don't know much about the waiting area because I never seem to wait more than five minutes before I get called back. They let me watch the news while they work on my mouth, (with two TVs, one on wall and one on ceiling so I don't have to strain my neck) which helps to make the time go by faster. Also, I personally appreciate Dr. Neely's use of technology as a way to make my life easier. She and her staff are active on Social Media, and they have a blog, and both are helping to better position her practice as being a local thought leader in the online dental world. Additionally, they're always posting informative and fun content, which is yet another way Dr. Neely is adding value to my dental experience. The text and email service she provides makes it super easy to confirm appointments, and the reminders are actually more helpful than you'd think. Really, I don't see how a dentist could get any better than Dr. Neely. If you're in the market for a new dentist, do yourself a favor and give her a call.

This was the best dental experience I have had. Given the week and my short notice, they got me in same day. The staff was very personable, informative and honest. Very nice office and great people who stand behind their work. I had a great experience again as I went in for a temporary crown while my new tooth is being digitally sent and printed by a 3 D printer. They then make the new tooth off of the printed model. It’s seems like one of the most advanced systems a dentist could buy for their practice with a 30K price tag. I love new technology and really prefer a dentist like Monica Neely’s office who reinvest their profits into new equipment that makes the process go by so much smoother and without complications. I've been a patient of Dr. Neely's for almost 10 years. Dr. Neely and her staff are the VERY best and I won't go to anyone other than Dr. Neely. When my former dentist retired, I was looking for someone who was gentle during routine dental cleanings and, more importantly, someone who valued perfection when caring for my many crowns, veneers, and dental implants. Dr. Neely was perfect for me. Dr. Neely and her assistants are always very gentle and caring. You'll never need to worry about discomfort. Her crowns and implants are always perfect and beautiful. And, should you ever need them, Dr. Neely only works with Oklahoma's best when it comes to oral surgeons and endodontists. And, by the way, did I mention the TV mounted on the ceiling above the dental chair? A very nice distraction during procedures. I definitely consider Dr. Neely the best and recommend her for all your dentistry needs.

They are at a convenient, luxurious and reputable location with some of the best interior design I’ve seen in a professional environment. They really want to provide their customers with the best care and feeling of importance. They go the extra mile to actually know who you are and learn a little bit about you and engage in very natural conversations as if they are your good friend. Dr. Neely was great! All of her staff was amazing too! I was taken back for my examination on time when they told me to be there. They were gentle and very knowledgeable! Her dental assistant was very nice and made sure I was comfortable through my whole X-ray process. Then Dr. Neely told me what her main focus was and what was a priority. They really do treat you like family. Eryn was really nice she could not clean my teeth due to sensitivity. But I heard her interactions with other patients and she was upbeat and happy. The first and last face you will see is Kari. Kari is the office manager and she know her stuff. She helped me with all my insurance and set my appointment up with the oral surgeon. She just hen followed up with me to make sure everything was expedited and going smoothly. I had an overall great experience here. Anyone that is shy of the dentist I would recommend this place particularly. 10/10 great atmosphere.

Today, May 6. 2020 (COVID-19era), I want to say how thankful I am this is my dental health team! Just had my teeth cleaned and checked ----the new procedures are in place, the office is its usual pristine place and I felt totally non-stressed before, during and after the appointment. The experience here was terrific! I don't particularly like going to the dentist, and I don't particularly like to write reviews- but I have never had such a good experience at a dentist office. Every member of the office was friendly, welcoming, and made a conscious effort to make me feel comfortable. Their careful attention and intentional efforts to put me at ease were more than enough to make me want to come back, but I was also thoroughly impressed with the up-to-date technology and instruments they use, and the obvious skill, proficiency, and professionalism of Dr. Neely and the entire staff.

The most fun I've had at the dentist in a long time! These ladies are wonderful and professional. I especially recommend Dr Neely for regular cleanings and night guard/retainer work (managing clenching and grinding at night). She utilizes new technologies and imaging to provide a thorough, higher level of care than I've ever received in the past. In addition, the costs to me after insurance are generally the same as with my previous dentist who did not offer the expertise and services demonstrated by Dr Neely.

I've almost fallen asleep in her chair and I've previously been terrified of dental procedures! Her office looks nothing like a dentists office and feels like home. Dr.Monica Neely has been my dentist for 13 years. Dr. Neely with her team has been consistently professional, conscientious, and knowledgeable, in always keeping her practice cutting edge with new technologies, materials, and procedures. She has been expecially mindful to ensure my comfort throughout the procedures that for me included new cavity fillings, tooth crowns. two implant crowns, old cracked filling replacements, teeth whitening and a teeth guard she recommended and molded to prevent night time gringing that has been perfectly comfortable and effective. By the age of 64 a lot stuff has happened This last visit was for a small cavity that was detected during my semiannual cleaning. The procedure was completely pain free. I asked her if chewing hard candies causes cavities and she said no but the sugar in them does I have found that the nitrous oxide gas that I had always required from my previous dentists and hygienists while available, is not necessary since I experienced no discomfort under her gentle, skilled hands as well as during the efficient and thorough diagnostic and teeth cleaning service of her excellent hygienist Melody Wood.

I've been going to Dr. Neely for a few years now, and I can say that it's by far the best dentist experience I've ever had. Dr. Neely and her staff are always extremely nice and friendly. The office atmosphere is comfortable and quiet. However, I don't know much about the waiting area because I never seem to wait more than five minutes before I get called back. They let me watch the news while they work on my mouth, (with two TVs, one on wall and one on ceiling so I don't have to strain my neck) which helps to make the time go by faster. Also, I personally appreciate Dr. Neely's use of technology as a way to make my life easier. She and her staff are active on Social Media, and they have a blog, and both are helping to better position her practice as being a local thought leader in the online dental world. Additionally, they're always posting informative and fun content, which is yet another way Dr. Neely is adding value to my dental experience. The text and email service she provides makes it super easy to confirm appointments, and the reminders are actually more helpful than you'd think. Really, I don't see how a dentist could get any better than Dr. Neely. If you're in the market for a new dentist, do yourself a favor and give her a call.

This was the best dental experience I have had. Given the week and my short notice, they got me in same day. The staff was very personable, informative and honest. I was told by a prior dentist I needed work done; however, this was not true after my meeting with Dr. Neely. The office was immaculate. Making the change to this dentist was a wise move, and they exceed my expectations based on prior experiences.
